The relationships between acid and alkaline is scientifically quantified on a scale of 1-14 known as pH
( Potential Hydrogen). With this scale, 7 is neutral. The area below 7 is acid and the area above 7 is alkaline. Those two chemical types, ACID and ALKALINE, are opposites: when they meet int he middle they cancel each other out, creating a neutral pH.
Important to note and understand the equation as an Imbalanced pH affects all cellular activity in the body leading to the progression of most degenerative diseases including cardio-vascular and heart diseases, cancer, diabetes, and systematic weight gain. So many of my friends, clients did not compute this chart and until they did they weight sat there. Get a crystal clear view of acknowledging this info as it can clearly save your health and your life.
Optimal health can be achieved through eliminating many Acid causing foods. The main goal here is to achieve a greater BALANCE between acid and alkaline foods. As A GENERAL RULE try to eat FIVE
alkaline forming foods for every one acid forming food.
Our bodies function best at a pH level that is slightly more ALKALINE than acidic (approximately 7.4 level). When an alkaline environment exists int eh body, t he individual is healthier vibrant and full of energy.
Next I will add a chart of high acid foods, low acid foods,. alkaline and high alkaline foods for a better you.
Greens are a great way to start off and becoming greener with in. I will share my testing on clients and how I can read green and dead yellow individuals by what they ear and drink.

This disease is continuing to spread across the US like sweet butter on bread. So many people are insulin resistance, have type two diabetes and do not know they have the condition.
Over weight or obese individuals just accept the poundage without getting a check up and blood test by a doctor. It is so important to know your body and what effects it. If you ignore the signs it can we fatal. You can rid the disease with proper diet and by really paying attention what you are putting in your mouth. Comfort foods, finger foods,sugar foods are high in calories,cholesterol,bad fats and fried foods and red meats should be eliminated asap.Sodas and fast food are the highest degrees of sugar, fats, chemicals and processed foods will kill.
Your kids may be affected by this condition if over weight. Look at their environment and the way they live and the surrounding social activities.Computers, television, video games, not getting enough sleep are dangerously increasing diabetes in young children today. Many years ago without electronic media and entertainment we were extremely more active in our daily routine. Sitting for long periods is very bad for the body as no stimulation to limbs or organs takes place and without circulation to the body fat sets in and blood flow depletes causing artery, vessel and nerve damage to limbs and body function. Exercise is the one of the most important factors in eliminating body fat, burning sugar to energy and reducing the levels of sugar fat or calories needed to help your pancreas not over work itself and die out. If this organ stops functioning properly you will be put on medication to support and assist the organs and blood sugar levels for distribution, converting to energy and medications can definitely effect and create toxins to the organs and blood stream. Kidney's and liver can and will be effected with more stress and destruction to your body effecting all organs.Medication is not the way to go and many diabetic patients thing a pill with fix the issue and they go on over eating bad food choices and this is a dangerous way of thinking. It is a lazy mindset too. So stand tall and start making healthier choices for yourself and your loved ones.

Diabetes has reached 25 million people in America and 74 million with pre-diabetes. It is costing us 150 billion to try and cure this deadly disease.
We as a nation are paying a serious price for eating saturated fat, fried foods,high corn syrup, high fructose food and drinks. So many have paid the price by a limb or their life including my father! So wake up America.
Central android type fat sits int he abdominal area which causes insulin resistance and diabetes.
Diabetes affect the vessels in your body, eyes, nerves, pancreas, kidney, brain, limbs, heart. Basically from head to toe your body is at a deadly rate.
This disease ranks 6th among pre-mature mortality, and death.
Sugar gets into the urine causing to go to the bathroom frequently and become thirsty often. You should get a Glucose test for diabetes if you think or have these symptoms.
If you have this condition, your doctor should put you on metformin which will aid this condition by 31 %, lose 7% body fat will reduces the problem by 58%, but you must change your lifestyle and understanding on your eating habits and food choices while working out a fitness plan on a daily bases.
This percentage can be reduced significantly by only 2-5% WEIGHT LOSS.
150 minutes more per week is needed to rid the disease while eating better cutting out sugars and fried food.
Remember working out helps muscle to burn sugar lowering insulin resistance and lowering glucose levels.
When your weight goes down complications go away!
Heart, arteries, veins, blood clots, threaten limbs underline all these conditions is weight!
Red meat, dairy, fast food, fried food, sodas affect the heart and organs. So think about what you are eating. Is that burger, fries and soda worth a limb loss?
