This blog page is dedicated to many who just do not know whats going on with the body, diet, the right exercise for them, health conditions and many of nutritional and supplement market  of buy buy buy in todays world of advertising.
 
 
 Been there, done that.  Thousands of dollars later and 13 years research on my own with no help form the many many Dr's I visited. I am your personal help guide in the fitness and health directory in your life and a new friend.
 
 Remember what we discuss it is vital to always check with your Dr. with needs and wants to fitness and diet. Not that most will know the latest trends and products out there but it is advised.

Hello Rebecca,
How nice it to see this great new website! Congrats.
I'd like to ask about your view on the very basic, yet very important subject: How many meals a day is perfect for a 30+ male like me (I'm not a bodybulider, just an ordinary guy) and what should be the best time for the last meal before sleep. With metabolism getting slower after 30+ I wouldn't like to get fat.

Great question Arek.Everyone is different.I recommend to lean 6 small meals, high greens and protein, less red meats. Add black,brown beans with protein to lean and kick in the metabolism. Active lifestyle. Lots of rest and sleep. RELAX THE BODY AND MIND. thinking positive. Workouts with high cardio. The more u eat well, the better the metabolism responds. GREENS AND PROTEIN. Do not eat 2 hours before your to to sleep. Sleep on empty stomach.

Have wondered who you were since the Stand Up video in '88. Searched youtube last night and your name was there. You're a goddess and I just wanted to tell you that. Keep up the great work with your fitness programs.

Summer Time Fun is here:

Make sure you use a sunblock verses a sun screen. Sunblock means blocks the sun which you want. If you are into tanning go early mornings time 10:00a.m. or 11:00 a.m.. Best time I have noticed from islands, AZ heat, and in L.A. summers, best tone time is evening late sun, less damage and a great tone. A round 5:30p.m. to 7:00p.m.

Hope you check me out on facebook same name for more healthy living suggestions. If you are serious about dieting to lose weight you must start with a plan not so intense that will not deprive the body as a shocker. I believe in safe approaches which is cutting down carb in take first. See how you feel and how quickly your body responds with results. Try this first then start to cut out bread and butter, then pasta, and cut down all sugars. The next week cut out white rice. You can have two days to start with brown rice make one of those days a Sunday as a cheat day. Then cut down to only Sunday carbs. You will cut up and lose weight!

Thank you so much, from years of research I shared with my students in my fitness classes and it really helps individuals to understand the body and how it processes food as energy and what happens when the body slows downs. Sitting is one the worst things a human can do. We were created to be gatherers as hunters for berries, vegetation, nuts and seeds. The process food today is really killing the human race.
